Newly created characters with Morrowind a ccess will start in Morrowind. Established characters will need to travel there after receiving the quest 'Divine Conundrum.' To obtain the quest, open your Collections, go to 'Stories' and accept the quest 'Divine Conundrum' located in the Zone DLC category. I can get to Mournhold via teleporting. But I want to get out of Mournhold and see the rest of morrowind, not just Vvardenfell. I found the gates to get into Morrowind, but they won't open. Infact, they say they can't open so I can't use a lock-pick. Nor can I levitate over since that is disabled in Mournhold. Don't be so impatient. The game practically tells you how to get to Mournhold 5 minutes after playing. Just follow your journal entries and such, and don't forget to talk to people. Most NPCs will point you in the right direction.

Mournhold is one of the locations in The Elder Scrolls: Online. It is the capital of Morrowind and the location of the seat of the Ebonheart Pact. It already appeared in the enhancement Tribunal of the game The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The player in the online game visits the capital during the quest lines in Deshaan.
